He is an ER physician at Envision Healthcare in Dallas and is the founder and CEO of Texas Telehealth. Dr. Litchfield brings an extensive background in emergency and hospital medicine together with his broad experience in the treatment of substance use disorders and evidence-based inpatient medical detox to provide patients the comfort and safety they deserve.
