You can change your display name for google public things before leaving a review,
To change your display name for Google reviews on an iPhone, open the Gmail app, go to “Settings,” then “Your Google Account,” select “Personal info,” and under “Basic info,” tap “Name” to edit your display name; you can also access this setting by going to “myaccount.google.com” on a web browser.
To change your display name for Google reviews on an Android device, open your device settings, go to “Google” then “Manage your Google Account,” and under “Personal info,” edit your name which will be reflected on your Google reviews;

Changing your google screen name for a review could affect how your name shows on other google properties such as google docs and email, some people will prefer to keep their name as is and just create a second google account instead.

Methods to add a new google account with a different name
For iPhone:
1. Open Safari browser
2. Go to google.com
3. Click “Sign in” in the top right corner
4. Enter your Google email address
5. Enter your password
6. Complete any verification steps if prompted
To add additional accounts:
1. Go to google.com again
2. Click your profile icon in top right corner
3. Select “Add account”
4. Follow the sign-in steps again
For Android:
1. Open Settings app
2. Scroll to and tap “Accounts” or “Accounts & Backup”
3. Tap “Add account”
4. Select “Google”
5. Tap “Continue” on the Google sign-in screen
6. Enter your Google email address
7. Enter your password
8. Accept the terms of service if prompted
9. Complete any verification steps if required
Review Information & Feedback Options
On either device, you can add multiple Google accounts this way. Once added, these accounts will be available across your Google apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
Do not make a bunch of different accounts to do multiple reviews, there is a limit to how many accounts you can verify per phone number.
