Marketha Washington

Marketha is the Dallas/Fort Worth Director of Business Development for Gallus and she has over 6 years of experience in Admissions, Business Development, Recovery Coaching, and Interventions. She is passionate about helping those struggling with addiction.

After more than 20 years of being an owner/operator of Faith Works hair salon and many years of feeling helpless while watching several of her family members struggle with addiction/mental health, she realized that her past and pain would birth her purpose to help those struggling. This led her to enroll in Collin College. In the meantime, she became a Certified Recovery Coach and Interventionist. More recently she was accepted into Texas Women’s University’s School of Social Work. She also serves as a board member of the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals (Dallas).

Marketha enjoys going to church, spending time with her grandson Carter, listening to music, and line dancing with her friends!
