Doug has served as a C-suite executive for the last 20 years, with a track record of driving profitable growth demonstrated by four successful go private and recap exits of 20%+ share price and 15X+ EBITDA. Doug has a proven track record in leading multi-site healthcare leadership in: eating disorders, 28 programs, 5,500 patients; primary care, 38 locations 1MM visits; infertility, 45 locations, 25% of IVF in US; Cosmetic Surgery, 48 locations; Vein Therapy, 58 locations; Massage, 78 locations.
Doug holds a BA, cum laude, from Middlebury College, an MBA in Healthcare Management from The University of Connecticut and has completed several executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Dartmouth’s Tuck School.
