Unique medical detox service provider offers Colorado and surrounding states expert treatment in the fight against addiction

DENVER, CO (May 4, 2020) – Gallus Medical Detox Centers (Gallus), an inpatient drug and alcohol medical detox services provider, announces today its national expansion through the opening of its new Colorado location.
Based in Littleton, Gallus provides unique inpatient medical detox services that use evidence-based IV therapy and oral medication protocols that avoid cross-addiction. Based on the Gallus Method®, these 24-hour care services are delivered by a highly trained medical staff in a safe, comfortable and private patient environment that optimizes treatment outcomes.

According to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), 974 Coloradans died of drug overdoses in 2018, the second highest total on record behind 2017, which recorded 1,012 deaths1. Its clinical staff is comprised of a full-time board-certified medical director, nursing director and clinical director, as well as 16 specially trained full-time registered nurses and certified nursing assistants.
